Per-buyer quote generation against live partner pricing. Every quote is audited for below-cost, stale-data, and out-of-stock conditions before it reaches the buyer. Internal cost detail is never embedded in a customer-facing quote.

Order & invoice operations

Daily reconciliation

Purchase orders are ingested directly from buyer email, parsed, linked to the originating deal, and surfaced in the CRM. Invoices reconcile to POs daily; payments reconcile to invoices daily. Drift is alerted the same day.

Commission & reporting

Auditable

Commission accounting on a documented contractual basis. Monthly partner statements summarize closed revenue, paid invoices, retention metrics, and reconciled commission — auditable against the partner’s own ledger.
